Our Story
Founded by Julian and Tracey Haste in 2010, Research Runner is an MRS award-winning sales consultancy with decades of experience in lead generation.
Having worked in the sales teams of some of the biggest MRAs in the world, Julian saw the chance to help more agencies. Knowing that researchers want to be doing research, Research Runner was born to give agencies a robust pipeline of meetings, allowing them to focus on delivering projects.

Julian Haste
Position: Managing Director, FounderJulian has 30+ years experience working in sales within some of the world’s biggest Global Market Research Agenices. Julian’s relentless approach, attention to detail and growth mindset made him outstanding in his field, leading him on to set up sales offices in America. Julian is multi-lingual, which helped him to great success across Europe too. He realised though that researchers tend to want to be doing research, and new business can often fall down the priority list. Julian then set up Research Runner to support a consistent flow of new business meetings for agencies, allowing them to focus more on delivering projects. Away from work the competitive nouse and resilient mindset continues, Julian was a proffessional Squash player and has completed several marathons.
Tracey Haste
Position: Company DirectorTracey has 20+ years experience working in Global Market Research, at the biggest agencies for multinational clients. Tracey oversees our HR, GDPR, Finance and Legal departments, using her wealth of knowledge and experience to lead and help drive the company forward. Tracey is also a school governor, sitting on several committees to add her expertise to the school community.
