The lead generation team at Research Runner is passionate about working alongside our clients to gauge our results, tweak our strategy and to ensure we’re working not just for you, but with you. Here are some of our values and strategies for communicating with your sales team:
We prefer to keep in touch as often as possible depending on your availability. We’re constantly on the search for new leads and your feedback is invaluable for each of our success. Our lead generation team is on hand at all times, and with most clients, we schedule in weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings depending on which you would prefer.
We’re flexible in terms of reporting on results and arranging meetings. Choose a phone call, Zoom/Teams meeting or a simple email overview – we’re equipped to work to your preferred method.
During our regular catch-ups, we will not only discuss our progress, current opportunities and ongoing plans – we also want your feedback! Research Runner believes in transparency, honesty and clear communication. Constructive criticism will be met with open arms. Is there anything we could do better? We’d be happy to.
We’ll discuss aspects of our lead generation strategy, including if the leads are right for you, or if there are any other sectors you think may be worth targeting.
We can start with your existing data and approach clients already on your database, or can work off our extensive database to identify new potential leads for you – or do a combination of both!
